Hi, Yes, it is bombardment-powered (100% charge) and switched on to pairing mode. It works normally with other computers.

Are yous running ANY 3rd party antivirus/antispyware programs? Some of those oftentimes block Bluetooth.

3rd party networking tools/programs also interfere with Bluetooth.

Have you lot tried plugging it in, going to Settings, Devices, Bluetooth then plough it on?

Also In Device managing director does it show continued?

Hi Rob, I can verify that afterwards disabling AVG antivirus that the issue persisted.

I have tried the solutions included in the link. I volition note that one of those solutions was the original status that caused this event:

  • Remove the Bluetooth device, then add together it again: Select theStart  push, then selectSettings >Devices  >Bluetooth & other devices.. UnderBluetooth, select the device yous're having issues connecting to, and so selectRemove device> Yep. To learn more about how to add your Bluetooth device once again, see Connect a Bluetooth device.

Post-obit those steps does non resolve the problem.

Device manager does non show the device connected since information technology was removed from the computer.

You would need to actually uninstall information technology and information technology is one of those forth with Norton and McAfee that has been known to interfere.

If an Audio device try this :

Turn OFF the Bluetooth device.

On Computer Start Menu -> Settings -> Devices -> Connected Devices - Add a Device

HOLD the Power Button on the device for viii+ seconds until the BLUE light starts to flash.

Device has entered pairing mode - on calculator click "Search for Devices"

Install or update drivers if needed though Windows 10 will have many.

If paired -> Correct Click little speaker near clock on lower correct -> Playback Devices - set up as Default if desired. (You may need to right-click in the box to bank check Show Disabled and Disconnected devices.)

Or Kickoff - type in --> Sound ...... notice at top and click on to become to the same Playback tab

Well that is sort of using a "Sledge Hammer to cleft a nut" though it often quicker than troubleshooting a difficult problem.

I've tried only nearly every technique internally on my laptop for the same issue for 2 days. Every bit impaired as my solution might audio.. I removed my HDMI, power cablevision, and all USB devices from the laptop, put it in my lap, and tried connecting. Near instantly it paired up and everything is fine.
